Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) outlines how Simpleasyty handles data protection in connection with its applications offered through the Atlassian Marketplace.

Simpleasyty develops apps using Forge Native and operates entirely within Atlassian’s secure cloud infrastructure. All data is stored and processed within Atlassian systems. Simpleasyty does not extract, store, or process any customer data outside of the Atlassian ecosystem.

As such, Simpleasyty acts as a subprocessor of Atlassian, and no personally identifiable information (PII) or customer content is accessible to or processed by Simpleasyty unless explicitly enabled by the customer (e.g., optional analytics on our public website).

All apps adhere to Atlassian’s security and compliance standards, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and encryption in transit and at rest.

Simpleasyty does not engage third-party subprocessors for app runtime, and does not transfer data internationally outside of the Atlassian-hosted environment.
