Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) outlines how Simpleasyty handles data protection in connection with its applications offered through the Atlassian Marketplace.

Simpleasyty develops apps using Forge Native and operates entirely within Atlassian’s secure cloud infrastructure. All data is stored within Atlassian systems. Simpleasyty does not extract or store customer data outside of the Atlassian ecosystem, and only processes data as required to deliver the app’s functionality within Atlassian systems.

Simpleasyty operates within Atlassian’s infrastructure and relies on Atlassian as the primary data processor. No personally identifiable information (PII) or customer content is accessed or processed outside what is strictly necessary for the app’s functionality, unless explicitly enabled by the customer (e.g., optional analytics on our public website).

All apps adhere to Atlassian’s security and compliance standards, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and encryption in transit and at rest.

Simpleasyty does not engage third-party subprocessors for core app runtime, and does not transfer data internationally outside of the Atlassian-hosted environment.
