How we collect, use, and respect your data

At Simpleasyty, we believe privacy should be as simple and clear as the products we build. Our apps do not independently collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) outside of Atlassian’s infrastructure.

All apps developed by Simpleasyty run on Atlassian — operating entirely within Atlassian’s secure cloud infrastructure. Built using Forge Native, they adhere to Atlassian’s security and compliance standards. Customer data is not transmitted outside Atlassian by default as part of the app’s core functionality.

We only process customer content as required to deliver the app’s functionality, and always within Atlassian’s infrastructure. To improve our products and understand how features are used, we collect anonymous usage events (e.g., macro rendered, feature enabled) via Amplitude Analytics. These events do not include personal data such as names, email addresses, or account identifiers, and are not intended to identify individual users or customers. Data is processed and stored in the EU region to comply with relevant privacy regulations.

Simpleasyty is committed to privacy by design and aims to meet relevant data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
