Architecture
Simpleasyty builds Forge apps for Atlassian Cloud. The goal is a small, platform-native design that keeps the customer experience simple and the trust model easy to understand.
Built on Atlassian Forge
Our applications are designed to run on Atlassian Forge and stay close to the Atlassian platform. That means we avoid building separate application infrastructure for the core product path whenever we can.
How customer data flows
1. Data enters from Atlassian or the user
The product works with content already in Atlassian or with data the customer provides as part of normal app use.
2. It is processed inside Atlassian
Core product processing happens within the Atlassian environment so the data path stays small and predictable.
3. The result returns to Confluence
The output is shown back to the user in Confluence, where the app is meant to fit naturally into existing workflows.
Why this architecture matters
Simplicity
A smaller architecture is easier for IT teams to understand, review, and support over time.
Privacy by design
Customer data is kept inside Atlassian for the core product path, which reduces unnecessary exposure.
Platform alignment
Building on Atlassian means the product works with the platform customers already trust and administer.
Clear trust model
The architecture explains where data is handled without asking customers to read implementation details.
