Security and infrastructure
At Simpleasyty, we take a security-first approach. Our apps are built for Atlassian Forge and are designed to fit inside the Atlassian environment customers already use and manage.
For core app functionality, customer data is processed within Atlassian-managed infrastructure. We do not position the app around separate customer data storage outside Atlassian.
Simpleasyty apps do not independently store or process personally identifiable information (PII) outside of Atlassian’s infrastructure, and we only ask for the access needed to deliver the product’s intended behavior.
The same platform-native approach is what we mean by “runs on Atlassian”: the product stays close to the platform, rather than relying on an additional vendor-hosted application layer.
For the public website, we use separate privacy-friendly analytics. That is distinct from the app’s core data path.
For data-handling details, see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Permission philosophy
We keep permissions as narrow as the product allows and try not to ask for access that does not support a clear user-facing feature.
Incident response
If customers need help, the public support page is the first stop. If an issue looks platform-wide, Atlassian status is the relevant source. When we ship a fix or product update, the changelog is where customers can verify it.
For the broader trust story, see our Architecture, Reliability, and Platform Principles pages.
