Check these common questions before opening a request.

I can’t find Simple Tables or Simple Metadata

Check that the app is installed on this Confluence site and that you have permission to add macros. Refresh the page, then search for the app name in the macro picker.

My table or report is empty

For Tables, confirm the selected data source, page permissions and that the macro was saved. For Metadata reports, save at least one entry and confirm the selected schema is eligible for that page.

A Metadata schema or filter is missing

Schemas can be limited by space, page label or group. Metadata report filters also require the schema field to be indexed before entries are saved or reconciled.

What should I send to support?

Include your Confluence site URL, the app name, page or macro location, what you expected, what happened instead, and a short recording or sample file when useful.
