Rovo .
Rovo helps you explore and understand the content of your table directly inside Confluence.
When available, it gives teams a faster way to inspect table data, understand structure, and get quick help without leaving the page.
How it works
If Rovo is available in your Confluence instance, Simple Table can expose it as an option when working with table data.
This allows users to explore the table in a more dynamic way and get help understanding the data already stored in it.
When Rovo is available
Rovo must be included in your Atlassian setup
Your Atlassian instance must include access to Rovo.
Rovo must be enabled for your organization
Even if available in the plan, it still needs to be enabled in the environment.
Admins may still restrict access
Confluence administrators can disable or limit access from admin settings.
If any of these conditions are not met, the Rovo option may not appear in Simple Table.
Why you may not see it
In some environments, Rovo is not available because it is not part of the Atlassian setup or has not been enabled at instance level.
Even when Rovo is included, Confluence administrators can still disable or limit access. In those cases, the option will not be shown in the table UI.
This is expected behavior and does not necessarily indicate an issue with Simple Table.
Important note
Rovo is only shown when it is available for the current Atlassian environment and enabled for table usage.
Because of this, the option may not appear automatically in every instance or configuration.
Typical use cases .
Quick table understanding
Get help understanding what a table contains without manually reviewing every row.
Pattern discovery
Identify repeated values, trends, or unusual entries faster.
Faster exploration
Interact with the table data directly from the Confluence page experience.
FAQ
Why don’t I see the Rovo option?
Rovo may not be included in your Atlassian plan, may not be enabled for your instance, or may have been restricted by your Confluence administrator.
Is this a Simple Table issue?
Not necessarily. In many cases, missing access is caused by Atlassian instance availability or admin configuration.
Do I need to enable anything in the table?
Rovo is only shown when it is available for the current environment and enabled for table usage.
Need help?
If you expected to see Rovo in Simple Table but the option is missing, first confirm whether Rovo is available and enabled in your Atlassian instance.
