No Data Egress

Simple Tables is built on Atlassian Forge and ensures data egress — your table contents never leave the Atlassian Cloud environment. All processing and storage happen securely within Atlassian's infrastructure.

Why it matters

Enterprise customers prioritize apps that don’t transmit sensitive data to external servers. By avoiding external data egress, Simple Tables helps you meet internal policies, GDPR and CCPA requirements, and reduces security risks. Forge blocks data egress by default, making privacy the default setup.

How it works

• All table imports, edits, and attachments are handled within the Atlassian environment using Forge storage.
• No data is sent to external servers — Forge's sandbox architecture enforces this by default.
• When using advanced features, no external domains are contacted unless explicitly permitted in the manifest.
