FIELD TYPES

Confluence reference fields

v2.1.0+

Select a page, space or person in Confluence.

When to use it

Use Confluence reference when a value should point to an actual Confluence page, space or person rather than free text.

Configure the field

Choose the Reference type: Page, Space or Person. The form uses the matching picker and stores the selected identifier. A contextual default can use the current page, space or signed-in person.

Example

See how this field can appear in a real schema.

  • Control ownerThe responsible Confluence user
    Person
  • Evidence pageThe page containing the evidence
    Page
  • Owning spaceThe responsible team's space
    Space

Use the current space as a default. Index owner or space to filter controls in reports.

Important behaviour

Names and page titles can change; the stored value is the entity identifier. Reports resolve readable labels at display time.
