ISO 27001 Document Control

Apply a repeatable control record to policies and procedures so reviews, approvals and effective dates are easier to track.

ISO/IEC 27001 is a framework for managing information security. Policies and procedures need clear ownership, approval and periodic review in that process. This template records those document-control facts alongside your Confluence pages; using it alone does not establish ISO 27001 conformity.
