A schema is missing

Check the schema's space, page-label and group permissions against the host page and current user. Capture and report configuration only offer schemas eligible for that context.

A filter is unavailable or empty

Confirm that the field is indexed. Entries saved before indexing may need to be saved again or reconciled before the index contains values.

A report is incomplete

A list or report request returns up to 500 entries. Narrow the result with deliberate indexed filters and keep the report's enabled columns focused.
