SCHEMA TEMPLATES
Information Asset Register
Inventory important information assets with enough context to assess ownership, sensitivity and review needs.
An organization cannot review information it has not identified. This template inventories datasets, documents, systems and services with owners, sensitivity, storage and review dates, giving security and privacy teams a starting point for oversight.

An inventory is useful only when someone can identify an asset, understand its sensitivity and know where to find or review it. This structure brings those questions together.
