SCHEMA TEMPLATES
Data Classification
Label Confluence content consistently and make ownership, sensitivity and retention visible to the teams handling it.
People need a shared way to recognize which content contains sensitive or personal information. This template records classification, ownership and handling context on the page, making reviews and reports more consistent; it does not enforce access or retention policies by itself.

Classification helps people make consistent handling decisions. Use this structure to give each page enough context for a reviewer to understand its sensitivity and retention expectations.
