SOC 2 Evidence Register

Keep audit evidence tied to a control, a collection period and the people responsible for collecting and reviewing it.

SOC 2 examinations look at service-organization controls relevant to trust services criteria. Evidence may come from many pages, people and periods. This template makes each item identifiable and reviewable, so an audit team can see what was requested, collected and accepted; it does not perform an audit.

  • About SOC 2 (AICPA)Explore the SOC reporting framework and trust services criteria.
