Confluence Content
Build a live table from the Confluence content your team already creates. Search pages, blog posts, attachments, and other supported content, then choose the fields readers need in one useful view.
What the table can show
The default fields include title and content type. You can also select fields such as space, version, created date, last updated date, creator, last updater, and status. Attachment-specific fields appear when your query returns attachments.
Choose how to search
Start with the form for common searches. Switch to CQL when you need more specific conditions; both methods return Confluence content that you can choose fields from.
Basic filters
Choose content type, space, labels and text in the form. The space is optional, so a shared label can find content across spaces.

Turn a Confluence search into a table
Search, Columns and Preview stay visible together. Choose the content first, then decide which fields readers will see.

Choose Confluence Content
Add a Simple Table macro, open Integrations, and select Confluence Content.

Define the search
In Basic, filter by content type, optional space, label and text. Switch to CQL for a more precise query. Choose a result limit and select Find content.

Select fields
Review the results in Preview and choose fields in Columns. Adjust their types if needed; selected fields move to the top and can be reordered.

Configure and publish
Choose Configure table. Add sorting, filters, grouping or formatting, then publish. Refresh the table when you need current matching content immediately.
Tip
This source searches across Confluence and creates a table from the returned content. For a table that already exists on one page, use Simple Table with Body and Native Confluence tables instead.
Example: a live project register
Project pages in different spaces share the label “project”. The table searches for that label without limiting the search to one space.

A useful, bounded search
Set the result count to match the overview you need. The table keeps your search settings and lets you refresh the results when the source content changes.
Result limit
The editor starts with 50 results. Choose 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 results to suit the view.
Refresh
The query and selected visible columns are saved with the macro configuration. Recent results are reused for up to five minutes. Refresh requests current matching content immediately.
Another source
Use Page Properties instead when you need the key/value data inside a Page Properties macro, rather than the normal fields of Confluence content.
