Delete a column

Remove unneeded columns from the table configuration so readers see only the data that matters.

COLUMNS

Open the Columns tab in the configuration panel, find the column you no longer need, and choose Delete. The preview updates immediately.

This removes the column from this table view, not from the original data source. If the source still contains the field, you can add it again later from the available fields.

Delete a column

Open the column settings and confirm the removal in the dialog.

1

Open Columns

Edit the macro and switch to the Columns tab.

2

Expand the column settings

Click the column you want to remove from this table view.

3

Confirm deletion

At the bottom of the column settings, choose Delete column, then choose Delete column again in the confirmation dialog. The preview updates immediately; save or publish the page when you are done.

A simple example

A team imports a CSV file for a customer-status report.

Before
The table includes technical import fields and old internal IDs alongside status, owner, and next steps.
After
The team removes the unneeded columns from the configuration. The report is easier to read, while the original CSV file stays unchanged.
