Rename headings
Replace generic or imported column names with labels readers understand straight away.
COLUMNS
Change a column's visible heading in the Columns tab. The preview reflects the new label immediately.
The values in the source data, calculations, filters, and the column's internal mapping do not change.
Change a column heading
Edit the visible label directly in the settings for that column.
Open Columns
Edit the macro and switch to the Columns tab.
Expand the column settings
Click the column whose heading you want to change.
Update the Header
Under Column details, replace the value in the Header field. The preview shows the new heading immediately; save or publish the page when you are done.
A simple example
A procurement team imports a supplier list from a spreadsheet.
- Before
- The columns are called Field1, Col_A, and owner_name. Readers cannot tell what each field represents.
- After
- The team renames them Supplier, Region, and Owner. The table is understandable without cleaning up the source file.

- Click Save to apply the change.
