Do my table data stay in Atlassian?

Yes, for normal table workflows. Simple Tables processes your tables in Confluence and Atlassian Forge. It does not send their contents to a Simpleasyty server.

What stays in Atlassian

Table values, column names, calculations, filters, and settings stay in Atlassian. So do imported CSV, JSON, and Excel files and native Confluence tables. Depending on the storage option, static data lives on the page, in a page attachment, or in Atlassian Store (Forge).

When an external connection is possible

The app may send limited usage analytics to Amplitude so we can understand how it is used. These analytics do not include table values, cell text, or file contents. The table features do not depend on this connection.

If an editor explicitly sets up an external URL as a data source, the app reads from that system. That source has its own storage and access rules.
